DESCRIPTION:Great British Menu star…\nOriginally from a small town called Crumlin outside of Belfast, Tommy is one of the country’s more recent culinary stars. Tommy cut his culinary teeth in the US, before venturing to Australia and Thailand, returning to the UK for a brief stint under Richard Corrigan and latterly David Everitt-Matthias.  A regular on the small screen he opened his first restaurant, Heaney’s, in Cardiff in October 2018 and launched his second standalone venture Uisce earlier this year.\nMenu yet to be announced.\n
