Working shoulder to shoulder with the team on a daily basis, our Chef Patron denotes a certain passion for the industry that is second to none. Having worked all over the world to curate and refine his skills, Paul founded The Art School 10 years ago to get it all off his chest.
Since then, he’s written his debut book Onwards & Upwards, and expanded The Art School to feature The Moriarty Private Dining Room and The Art School Cellars – our luxurious cellar bar.
