Physical Accessibility

Main Entrance: Our main entrance is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp available for easy access.

Dining Areas:

  • The Lantern Room is situated on the ground floor of the building and is accessible without any lifts or stairs once through the main entrance threshold.
  • The Moriarty Room is situated on the ground floor of the building and is accessible without any lifts or stairs once through the main entrance threshold.
  • Assistance is available from our team to guide guests to their tables at all times.
  • The Cellars Bar is accessible only by two sets of original victorian stairs which we have been unable to make alterations to.

Restrooms:

  • Our restrooms in The Lantern Room and The Moriarty Room are equipped with accessible facilities, including assistance pull cords, grab bars, sufficient space for wheelchair users, and washbasins at the appropriate height.

Visual Impairment

Menu Options:

  • Large print menus are available upon request.
  • Digital drinks menus can be zoomed or enlarged.
  • Our team are trained to assist guests with visual impairments in reading and selecting menu items.
  • Off-the-shelf prescription reading glasses are available on request.

Hearing Impairment

Assistance:

  • Background music is played throughout the restaurant at a low ambient level, with thoughtful table placement available on request in advance, which our team will do their best to accommodate.
