While the recent coronavirus pandemic came as a surprise to us all, with forced closure for almost four months of the year, it gave us scope to review key things such as menu offerings, opening hours and The Emporium of Food & Wine.
We have since made some adjustments to accommodate our guests more comfortably given the circumstances.
New Sunday Opening
Previously, we were closed on Sundays, but we’re delighted to now be opening for the whole of the weekend with the addition of an ever-changing Sunday main course from the Chef’s Block. A little different to our usual courses, our chefs will carve and dress the dish at your table.
Wednesday Evening Opening for August Only
As a result of government “eat out to help out” scheme in August during the early part of the week, we’ve decided to take bookings for Wednesday evenings throughout August. This will allow guests to experience what The Art School and take advantage of the discount scheme. Each diner will receive up to £10 off their order courtesy of the government initiative.
By introducing this scheme, the government has given people its vote of confidence in the safety of our establishments for eating out. This is a great incentive to help restaurants get back on their feet after such a long period of closure and will prove a substantial boost to the hospitality sector.
We believe this will encourage people to, not only get behind their favourite eateries but to try somewhere new. With this in mind, we look forward to welcoming both new and existing guests of ours and showcasing exactly what the culinary scene in Liverpool has at its fingertips.
