Extra virgin olive oil & 8-year old balsamic

Marinated carpaccio of local beetroot with winter leaves,
blackberries, toasted almonds, curd cheese and raspberry vinaigrette

Sweet potato, feta, roast red pepper & summer cabbage Wellington
with chestnut mushroom and truffle duxelle, mushroom ketchup and jus

Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and
soya milk custard with fresh vanilla
