An Evening With Simon Rimmer

Having originally studied fashion and textile design and later taught himself to cook, Simon Rimmer is one of the country’s most-hailed Celebrity Chefs – and with good reason! In 1990, he bought Greens, a vegetarian restaurant in West Didsbury, Manchester.
