McSween haggis & Cheshire pheasant forcemeat with seared foie gras,
roast Mirabel plum puree and toasted hazelnut & onion crumb

Pan-seared Loch Fyne King scallop served in the half shell
Jerusalem artichoke puree & crisp, apple & raisin dressing and Café de Paris butter
Macallan double cask 12yo

Fillet of Angus beef with cordyceps, baby leek, carrot, swede and shallot puree
Macallan Sherry Oak 18yo

Chef’s selection of Scottish cheeses to include Dorstone, Ingot goat’s cheese
